Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a crew to deliver outstanding guest service during each shift - Make quick, informed decisions to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly - Perform expo duties during busy periods to ensure smooth operations - Direct staff where they are needed most to maintain a seamless guest experience - Lead by example in appearance, attitude, and work ethic - Enforce cash handling procedures and complete daily closeouts accurately - Secure the building at night, ensuring safety protocols are followed - Follow up with team members to hold them accountable and support their development - Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure clarity and teamwork - Uphold personal appearance standards and company policies consistently - Accept feedback professionally and use it as an opportunity for growth - Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity at all times Skills and Qualifications: - Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced service or hospitality environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make quick decisions under pressure - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of cash handling and daily closing procedures - Trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility and security awareness - Ability to lead by example and motivate a team - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends - Positive attitude and a commitment to high standards of service and appearance - Ability to accept constructive feedback and adapt accordingly Join our team and be part of a company that values leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
