Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during your assigned shift and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced role in the restaurant industry, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise the staff during your shift, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Ensure that all food preparation and handling procedures are followed to maintain food safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills:
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work well under pressure
