Description
You will be responsible for assessing the workload and the resulting personnel deployment planning, including attendance monitoring and general vacation planning, in consultation with the team leaders.
You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management, development, motivation and qualification of employees in the central warehouse area.
You will be responsible for resolving procurement discrepancies, monitoring, maintaining and updating inventory data in consultation with the Quality and Inventory Control team.
You monitor the picking and storage activities.
You manage and control material flows on each level.
You will be responsible for managing receipts and tour completions.
You will work on the continuous optimization of workflows and communication and will be responsible for reporting to the central warehouse management.
