Description
  • You will be responsible for assessing the workload and the resulting personnel deployment planning, including attendance monitoring and general vacation planning, in consultation with the team leaders.
  • You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management, development, motivation and qualification of employees in the central warehouse area.
  • You will be responsible for resolving procurement discrepancies, monitoring, maintaining and updating inventory data in consultation with the Quality and Inventory Control team.
  • You monitor the picking and storage activities.
  • You manage and control material flows on each level.
  • You will be responsible for managing receipts and tour completions.
  • You will work on the continuous optimization of workflows and communication and will be responsible for reporting to the central warehouse management.
  • You ensure cleanliness and order.
