JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a high level of service during your shift. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while supporting the overall goals of the establishment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems (Micros POS preferred).
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a barista or in serving roles is advantageous.
