Description Greenville County, SC (On-site) Full-Time Lead the team that knows how to listen, respond, and act when it matters most. This is not a traditional counseling role. We’re looking for strong communicators and team leaders who can think clearly under pressure, make sound decisions, and support a team doing meaningful, real-time work. At Mental Health America of Greenville County, we answer the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, providing immediate support to people in emotional distress. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll guide the people behind those conversations. What This Role Really Is You are: · The person people turn to when a situation gets complex · The one who can cut through noise and make decisions quickly · A coach who gives clear, direct, and constructive feedback · A steady, non-judgmental presence for both staff and callers You do not need to be a therapist. You do need to be an excellent communicator. Shifts Available: 4 Day 10 Hour Shifts . *Must have some flexibility to support shift coverage when their team members are out* · Sunday to Wednesday starting time 7:00 am to 5:30 pm · Wednesday to Saturday starting time 7:00 am to 5:30 pm · Sunday to Wednesday starting 4:30 pm to 2:30 am · Wednesday to Saturday, 4:30 pm to 2:30 am Requirements Experience · 2+ years in human services, communication-heavy roles, or leadership roles · 3+ years of supervisory, training, or team leadership experience · Experience in call center, crisis response, behavioral health, or similar environments preferred No prior 988 experience required — we provide full training
