Responsibilities:

OUR SHIFT SUPERVISOR TAKE PRIDE IN PREPARING AND SERVING FAST, FRESH, AND HEALTHY MEXICAN FOOD WITH A SMILE. AS A SHIFT SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT RUNNING OF THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS IN THE RESTAURANT.

  • Leading the restaurant team in efficient day to day operations
  • Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and culture
  • Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences
  • Assisting with hiring new team members and on-boarding them
  • Assisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staff
  • Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard
  • Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers
  • Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies
  • Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
  • Assisting with executing marketing promotions
  • Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
