This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence Some tasks as part of this role include: Supporting the training and development of new team members to ensure they understand and deliver our high standards of customer service and safety Manage stocktake / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures Picking & Packing customer orders Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management Accountable for a continuous improvement at the site Occupational Health & Safety and preventative maintenance Assist in analysing KPI and stock-keeping data, identifying issues, and preparing reports for resolution and action About Us Knauf is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of modern insulation materials, gypsum wallboard systems, plasters and accessories, thermal insulation composite systems, floor screed, floor systems, and construction equipment and tools.
