Responsibilities

You will lead a team of Technicians working on a rolling shift pattern, managing both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the site. You’ll ensure all maintenance activities are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with statutory compliance, safety standards, and operational objectives.
You’ll also manage external contractors and work closely with both engineering and operational departments to support installations, commissioning of new equipment, and continuous improvement of our systems and plant reliability. Your focus will be on maximising uptime of essential equipment and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard.
As part of your duties, you will prepare and review risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will complete and oversee necessary administrative tasks to support high service standards, ensuring systems align with ISO9002 and ISO14001 requirements.
