As our Shift Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring Sofitel’s facilities embody the elegance, comfort, and excellence our guests expect. Your work allows every space, guest rooms, public areas, and service facilities, to shine, creating a seamless and welcoming environment. In this role, you will undertake essential maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, painting, HVAC, and general upkeep, responding promptly and thoughtfully to any requests. Your meticulous attention to detail extends to regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and systems, preventing issues before they arise and maintaining the highest standards of reliability. You will efficiently manage tools, supplies, and materials, assist with event setups and room configurations, and ensure all work aligns with safety protocols and regulatory standards. Your presence ensures that every operational detail contributes to a flawless guest experience. As a valued member of our Engineering team, you collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, communicate with clarity, and help create an atmosphere of effortless luxury.
