We are currently recruiting for a permanent Shift Technician based at Oakenholt mill Flint working on shift on a 4 on 6 off pattern.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a shift Technician you will be responsible for defined preventive and predictive maintenance on our paper machine. Trouble shoots equipment/process problems to root cause in conjunction with team members to ensure rapid resolution of problems. As well as a good safety focus always.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Working to KPIs that are based on ‘fix-it-for-good’ mentality.
supporting and coaching colleagues in handling technical issues.
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all personnel within the area of influence.
Participating in the development and implementation of condition-based maintenance programs You will also have experience of PLC’s Siemens controlled equipment, invertor drives and the ability to work as part a team of and/or autonomously as required.
