Responsibilities: Operate and manage mechanical production machines. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Adjust and align machine parts. • Replace defective parts of machinery as needed. • Take apart existing machinery to clear floor space for new machinery. • Move machinery and equipment. • Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components. • Perform tests and run initial batches to make sure that the machine is running smoothly. • Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications. • Set up mechanical machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle. • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed). • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools. • Test operation of machines periodically. • Fix issues that might occur during the shift. • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws. • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products. • Maintain activity logs. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
