Description
Operate and monitor to facility system and equipment running (Air condition/ Electrical/ Water/ Waste water treatment/ Exhaust/ Firefighting/ CDA (Compress and dry air) and bulk gas/Security access and monitoring etc. system). Regular roving (checking and recording) to facility system and equipment running. Regular maintain and sustain to facility system and equipment. Repair to facility system and equipment. (including building civil) Daily shifting report and maintenance report. Yearly goal setting and available. Follow up other related chief asking items. Responsibility ensure normal running to facility system and equipment to stable supply utility. Daily roving with heart to early find any abnormal running condition. Maintenance with heart to early find the root cause and improvement opportunity. Daily monitoring with heart to early find the running status for early detection and improvement opportunity. Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain critical facility systems including electrical, water, and gas utilities to ensure stable supply. Perform regular roving inspections, repairs, and generate daily maintenance reports to identify abnormal conditions.
