As Shiftleader, you make sure every shift runs smoothly. You’re the go-to person on the floor and make sure both guests and team members feel supported and appreciated.

• Lead and support your team during your shift
• Coach team members and help onboard new colleagues
• Maintain high standards of service, atmosphere, and presentation
• Spot opportunities to improve workflow and service
• Manage stock levels, place orders and coordinate with suppliers
• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and General Manager on daily operations
