The Three Sisters Pub is a well-established English pub located in the heart of Den Haag, known for its welcoming atmosphere, live sports screenings, and excellent service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Shift Leader to supervise our team of waiters/waitresses and ensure an exemplary customer experience.

• Lead and motivate the waitstaff team to deliver friendly and efficient service to guests.
• Oversee the taking and serving of orders, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain high cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage staff schedules and shift rotations.
