Starting at $16.37 - $17.40 per hour Bonus eligibility: Potential monthly bonus based on store financial performance. Responsibilities

You will act as a brand expert to provide exceptional hospitality and connect guests with Shinola products. Additionally, you will maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and utilize internal software tools to support store operations.
