Description F3 Marina, a division of Founders 3 Real Estate Services, is a leader in professional marina management and consulting services to marina owners anywhere. Our services include all aspects of waterfront development and management, including; marinas and adjacent upland property, such as multi-family and retail. We provide the expertise, experience and attention to detail to delight our boaters, clients and communities while maximizing occupancy and revenue. As a Ship Store Attendant you will be a vital member of our team. You will provide exceptional customer service to marina customers, manage and market the Ship Store, plan social events and activities to increase boater satisfaction and bring in new customers. Management of the Ship Store includes purchasing, merchandising, managing inventory and vendor relations. You will also track and monitor reporting on marina operations to include the store, fuel, security, safety, maintenance, sales, and cash handling. You will assist with the recruitment, hiring and training of seasonal employees as well as oversee the Fuel Dock operations ensuring staffing levels, employee training and scheduling are adequate for operations. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Complete dockage reservations and greet, check-in and checkout boaters, charters and other marina guests · Operate the Ship Store · Take responsibility for accurate reporting, record keeping, and inventory · Monitor dockhand shifts and assignments · Monitor and reconcile cash and credit payments · Provide general office and administrative support TECHNICAL SKILLS · Education and/or Experience: In possession of the secondary school-level, certificate trained, qualified or experienced in Hospitality Management · Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations: A valid driver’s license and insurance. · Computer Applications Skills: Ability to work in a Windows environment and with standard current computer applications.
