Fleetway Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Ship Sustainment Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex naval engineering and sustainment initiatives that are critical to Canada’s defense capabilities. This role is responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical programs are executed with precision, innovation, and strategic alignment.
As a key contributor to Fleetway’s mission, the Ship Sustainment Lead plays a pivotal role in regenerating and modernizing naval systems, implementing emerging technologies, and maintaining operational readiness for the Royal Canadian Navy and other defense clients. The ideal candidate brings a systems-thinking mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

EDUCATION
Technical diploma in Marine Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
