ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Director of Food and Beverage forms part of the Planning Committee, who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the FS Yacht.
The Director of Food & Beverage manages the Food & Beverage operations onboard which includes all restaurants, bars, & lounges, in suite dining, stewarding and crew dining areas.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This position’s primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of food quality and service and to lead, mentor and develop their teams through start with the heart leadership. The Director of Food and Beverage will work closely with the Yacht General Manager to create and implement innovative culinary concepts, manage budgets, and maintain the highest standards of service and hygiene.
