Overview R&P is looking for a Junior Data Analyst who wants to join our team. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need an analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting program to assist the Navy in constructing the newest class of Frigate. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to track key performance indicators. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy before visualization. Design and develop user-friendly applications using Microsoft Power Apps to improve data collection and business processes. Execute data entry tasks with a high degree of speed and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data visualization requirements. Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to provide actionable insights. Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies in reports and dashboards. Qualifications High School Dimploma/GE Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
