Our Vaughan client is seeking an experienced warehouse associate to work as an Shipper/Quality Checker for outgoing customer orders. Located near Steeles Ave. & Weston Road.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of previous warehouse experience as a Shipper / Checker / Picker Packer
• 2+ years of experience with the Counter Balance & Reach.
• Valid certification for Counter Balance & Reach and fall arrest.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail/Quality Orientation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Read shipping orders to determine quantity, quality and accuracy of items packed.
• Inspect orders to ensure product being shipped and packaged meets the expectations of the consumer.
• Wrap orders for shipping.
• Ensure product picked is accurate and appropriately packaged and staged.
• Accurately label products
• Move product within the warehouse using MHE.
• Garbage disposal, cardboard recycling, and the disposal of broken items.
