The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Summary of responsibilities Maintain secure records of inbound and outbound shipments Use system to ensure inventory is properly maintained, sales orders, purchase orders, etc. Pack materials for customer orders Unpack materials for inventory replenishment Ensure quality control of goods by checking incoming and outgoing shipments Schedule incoming and outgoing shipments Safely operate company vehicles: forklift, 4x4, loader, etc. Prepare and/or approve shipping documents (i.e. bills of lading, invoices, etc.) Report damaged stock or equipment to supervisor Ensure that all safety measures are observed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other duties as requested by management. Skills required Bilingual, written and spoken (mandatory) High school diploma Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position Knowledge of ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Attention to detail Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time Ability to regularly lift loads up to 70lbs About ALTA: Culture is Job #1. Responsibilities

The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments and managing inventory levels. They must also perform quality control checks, pack customer orders, and safely operate warehouse equipment.
