ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Shipper/Receiver, Counter Support to join our growing Service Team. This is a full-time position based out of our St. Mary’s location (conveniently located at 14 Given’s Rd).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Forklift Experience

• Receiving, Picking, and shipping orders for internal and external customers
• Load & Unload trucks.
• Daily Courier Shipment and Receipt
• Warehouse Inventory Co-ordination & put away in their correct location.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to messages with a same day turnaround time.
• Warehouse Transfer entry for parts returns, Fast Moving parts requests, Storage Product movements
• Demo Transfer Entry as needed for product leaving location.
• Assisting Parts Inventory counts for all system warehouses at branch location.
• Manage and organize outside storage yard.
• Respond to customer walk-ins and inquiries for sales and/or service, directing and engaging the necessary Turf Care staff as required, in collaboration with the Parts Counter Sales Representative.
• Assemble small counter items, such as Stihl handheld products, Toro push mowers, etc. for display and sales.
