JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver/inventory specialist that can dabble in Customer order Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the shipping and receiving processes within our warehouse. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in operating order pickers and other warehouse equipment.
  • Previous familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is a plus.
  • Experience in shipping/receiving processes within a warehouse distribution setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills for effective order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Organize and manage supply Shipments
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them accurately.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stocking order fulfillment.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of all packages.
  • Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate professionally with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Other tasks as needed to support the team with Day to Day Operations.
