SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Shipper/Receiver to join our team at Jordans in Burnaby. In this role, you will be essential in managing the shipping and receiving processes that support our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers. Your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely to move materials within the warehouse.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory levels.
• Load and unload products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with company standards.
• Assist with packaging products for shipment as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operations.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience operating forklifts or reach trucks.
• Experience processing warehouse receiving and shipping
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes.
• Previous experience in warehouse distribution is an asset.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail for order fulfillment tasks.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
