Description Position Summary The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for managing the accurate and timely flow of all incoming and outgoing product. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to operate a forklift safely, and coordination with internal teams and external carriers to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time shipments. Key Responsibilities Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Prepare, stage, and ship outgoing product according to shipping schedules and customer requirements Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in compliance with safety standards Manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory Ensure product is properly labeled, stored, and handled to prevent damage Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to obtain fork truck certification after start date Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read shipping documents, bills of lading, and packing lists Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation. This position works in the companies ERP software, Global Shop, to receive purchase orders. Ability to lift, move, and stack product as required (with or without accommodation) Strong communication and teamwork skills Work Location: 102 Freedom Drive, Lawrence, PA 15055 Job Type: Full-time - Regular work hours: 7am - 3:30pm M-F Pay Range: $21 - $23 / hour depending on experience Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift: 7am – 3:30pm Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: Lawrence, PA 15055: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Industrial work environment: 1 years minimum
