We are looking for an experienced Shipper/Receiver & Inventory Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is essential to keeping our warehouse and order fulfillment running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the right products on time, every time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a strong asset).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to lift packages and operate forklifts/pallet jacks (certification required).
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive, inspect, and process all inbound shipments from vendors.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship outbound customer and web orders.
• Handle returns and inter-company transfers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Create purchase orders for small vendors and notify buyers of shortages or delays.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification required).
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient, including shelving, bin labeling, and layout improvements.
