Your Role: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage shift coverage, prioritize daily workloads to prevent production disruption, and lead the team to increase throughput and overall efficiency through effective time management and communication. Perform a wide variety of tasks related to shipping and receiving materials, supplies and equipment. Perform a variety of tasks related to shipping and receiving, including unpacking, verifying items against purchase orders, preparing goods for shipment, posting weights and charges, and managing international shipments. Maintain accurate records of received goods, promptly rejecting unsatisfactory items. Accurately maintain records of received and shipped goods, promptly rejecting unsatisfactory items, assisting with weekly cycle counts, and transacting and moving material between warehouses. Prepare and maintain records of shipped items. Perform various tasks using ERP and other computer software (e.g., material/production/distribution/barcoding), and analyze data (LPNs, Min/Max, Aging, Shortage, and Expiring Inventory reports) to identify and improve efficiency trends. Utilizes PC and material/production/distribution/barcoding software. Safely operate forklifts, Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), and box trucks for moving materials and performing external logistics as needed. Transacts and moves material from off-site warehouse to main plant as needed. Adhere to company Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) procedures, and meet all output and targets set by management. Train new operator(s) on Shipping/Receiving processes with high proficiency. Investigate, escalate, and resolve complex issues, and cooperate/communicate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Quality, Production, Engineering, etc.) to meet scheduled targets. Analyzes data to identify and improve efficiency trends. Train new operators on shipping/receiving processes, participate in process improvement projects, monitor equipment functionality, coordinate maintenance, and complete shift hand-offs. Handle debit memos, expiration dates, Monster Jobs, and other requirements specified by supervisors or managers. B Shift: Monday – Thursday 2pm – 10:30pm. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver’s License. 1+ years of warehouse experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle). Forklift experience. Pay Range for this position: $31 - $48 / hour The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
