Description

Job Title: Shipper/Receiver Job Summary: The Shipper/Receiver role is responsible for shipping/receiving agricultural parts and machinery and following company quality standards and in adherence to daily production schedules Responsibilities: * Ensure the accuracy and quality of shipping and receiving contents compared to packing slips, and transfer orders. * Follow standard work procedures for shipping. * Ensure the timely and accurate delivery or route of materials to other departments. * Maintain quality records for reporting and note packing slips discrepancies. * Coordinate with day/night shift regarding the completion of all appropriate paperwork and responsibilities. * Train new warehouse associates and existing warehouse associates whenever necessary. * Follow standard operating procedures and quality control procedures.  * Operate forklift in a safe manner. * Actively participate in continuous improvements, lean initiatives, and other related activities. * Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Company rules, policies, and procedures.
