We have built the best dealership, now we are building the best team. The O’Neill Automotive Group is seeking an ambitious and organized individual for Shipper/Receiver in our Parts department at our flagship store in Mount Pearl .

As a Shipper/Receiver you will report directly to the Parts Manager and will assist in all areas including but not limited to:

• Determining shipping methods for materials using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates
• Examine contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, and orders to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare documents such as bills of lading and shipping orders
• Correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damages, shortages and nonconformance to specifications
• Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock
• Restocking of inventory
• Operate the forklift with proper training and certification
• Provide coverage to Back Counter Parts desk when required
• Parts delivery
• Assist with inventory counts, performing spot checks
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills:

• Exceptional time management, organizational, verbal and written skills
• Understand safe working and driving practices
• Ability to work well with a team and able to follow instructions from Management
• Prior experience in a dealership setting is considered an asset
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and code of conduct
