POSITION SUMMARY:

The role of Shipper/Receiver/Coordinator will support all shipping and receiving functionality within our 3 Central Region operations. The role will primarily be loading and offloading trailers, managing shipments/receiving products through TMS, while maintaining the warehouse flow to ensure 5S standards are met throughout the day. The role will serve as backup for shipping, receiving, and coordinator within our 3 branches, while working closely throughout the day to organize and manage day to day operations. The Shipper/Receiver/Coordinator will have a strong focus heavily on health and safety, continuous improvement, and customer service to continue to build our internal culture.

• Responsible for the assembly and shipping/receiving for Liftrite hand pallet trucks
• Support maintenance coordinator with tasks that require assistance
• Attend all necessary meetings – Town Halls or group meetings may be held afterhours periodically
• Support special branch related projects such as inventory counts, renovations or facilities related functions
• Support all health and safety/JHSC functions and projects
• Support any service-related special projects including Lean (5S, Kaizen, Gemba walk, etc.)
• Serve as backup for Falbourne & Oakville shipping and receiving as part of coverage planning
