We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our parts department and ensure efficient inventory flow. Position Summary: The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the parts department with organization and logistics. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and shipments against purchase orders Accurately label, stock, and organize parts in the warehouse and showroom Prepare and package outgoing shipments, including returns and inter-department transfers Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and system updates Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, safe, and organized Communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal staff regarding shipments Assist parts counter staff as needed Qualifications: Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred (automotive experience a plus) Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Medical Benefits (see Benefits Guide) · Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Critical Illness, Life Insurance. · HSA company contribution up to $2,400 annually towards your Health Savings Account. · Free Wellness Program: Receive a $50 discount on your monthly insurance premium for participating in the screening. -Biometrics: Receive a $250 deductible credit for biometrics that are in a healthy range and earn up to $1,000 in deductible credit.
