Complete and maintain inventory records including the completion of customs forms. Ensure orders are filled in a timely manner. Assist with maintaining inventory levels. Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture. This is a general responsibilities list and does not include all responsibilities required of the position. Shipper Receiver Qualifications: Experience completing custom forms for cross border shipping is required. Previous Experience as a Shipper/Receiver in Construction/Oil/Gas or Warehouse Setting. Computer Proficiency us a must, inventory management, and document preparation is crucial. Knowledge of International Shipping procedures is required. Organizational Skills are important. Attention to Detail is important. Forklift Certification is an asset . Good Communication Skills are critical. General Knowledge of Safety Procedures. Experience with Heavy equipment parts. Prior experience working with CAT and Komatsu parts is an asset. Prior experience as a Parts Technician or mechanical background is considered a strong asset.
