JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction within our e-commerce operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in picking, packing, or shipping roles is preferred, particularly within an e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts, reach trucks, or similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems, including AS400, is advantageous.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer specifications and shipping requirements.
• Utilize various equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to load and unload products safely.
• Ensure all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and prepared for shipment.
• Maintain an organized stock area to facilitate efficient order picking and inventory management.
• Operate the AS400 system for tracking inventory levels and processing shipments.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy of orders before dispatch.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols while handling materials and operating machinery.
