TWENTY2 is seeking to hire a full time Shipping Account Liaison.
We are a full service wallpaper and textiles partner, our design driven team provides development and manufacturing expertise for private label collections and custom projects. We put our knowledge to work for our partners; when they succeed so do we.
This is a great opportunity for someone with great communication skills and an eye for detail to join our Shipping Department. This position is both physical and computer based, and requires being on your feet for long periods of time and lifting up to 30 pounds. The typical daily job responsibilities include: checking order information for accuracy to create shipping labels (60% of your day), responding to customer emails and troubleshooting shipping issues (30%), assisting the shipping & receiving team with various tasks (10%).

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 Years Professional Experience in a customer facing role (Sales, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc. accepted)
Any Shipping Experience strongly preferred
Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate specific information clearly and concisely (Sales, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc. accepted)
Collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with our team and our customers
Keen attention to detail and dedication to documentation (Sales, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc. accepted)
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to follow, understand, and execute direction as given to you by your managers
Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to utilize ladders and other small equipment
Ability to learn and utilize proprietary computer software
Resourcefulness and creative problem solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service - maintaining and cultivating long-term positive relationships with our artist & designer partners
  • Promptly acknowledge customer emails, provide information and assist with on-going questions in a courteous and friendly manner regarding shipping, costs, and order details.
  • Work with each of our internal departments to best meet our customer’s needs - this role works closely with our Account Development and Partnerships departments.
  • Carefully review all Purchase Orders and client provided documents to ensure delivery of domestic and international shipments; communicate with customers regarding any additional requirements or discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients & carriers - answering questions and problem solving
  • Use Twenty2 programs to process orders and generate shipping labels
  • Help ensure that all orders ship on time or ahead of schedule
  • Use small equipment such as ladders and pallet jacks
  • Maintain an organized and clean work space
  • Other related tasks as assigned
