We are searching for a Shipping Administrator for our Jefferson City, MO location. This position will report to the DC Supervisor. Want to build a career in Warehousing? American Plastics is a leading supplier of injection molded products with multiple facilities in 4 states. Responsibilities Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms. Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment. Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters. Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions. Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically. Communicate and direct drivers to correct pick up location. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, primarily Excel Expectations: Adhere to all safety procedures & help promote a clean work environment. Work the schedule assigned (including overtime) and maintain good attendance. High school diploma or equivalent required.
