Responsibilities
Coordinate vessel bookings in and out of Singapore Port, ensuring the arrangement of Pilot and Tug Boat services.
Provide crew information to immigration authorities in compliance with regulations.
Notify Singapore Customs of vessel arrivals and departures, and ensure timely reporting of onboard cargo.
Ensure that all vessel documentation complies with both international and Singapore regulations before Customs inspection.
Prepare and submit Pre-Arrival Notification of Security declarations.
Organize and manage the supply and delivery of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates, documents, provisions, fresh water, and crew salaries.
Oversee the bunkering of vessels.
Facilitate and coordinate other port operations and related services.
Attend to special projects and tasks as assigned by the management.
