Position Responsibilities

• Lead the retail fulfillment process, ensuring compliance with retailer guidelines, best practices, and timelines.
• Serve as Insignia’s in-house expert on shipping, building and maintaining relationships with key retailers while staying ahead of evolving requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with shipping vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective solutions.
• Estimate shipping costs for projects and reconcile against final expenses to continuously refine processes.
• Oversee the shipment of major projects in collaboration with production vendors and retailers, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are proactively resolved.
• Consult with project teams at kickoff, advising on standards, best practices, and retailer expectations.
• Stay current on retailer labeling requirements and ensure all shipments meet specifications.
• Apply broad knowledge of EDI processes to support client and retailer needs.
• Present mid- and long-term shipping strategies to leadership, ensuring Insignia stays ahead of industry trends.

How to Know if You’re a Fit

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, ideally with Target, Walmart, or other big-box retailers.
• Proven expertise with retailer-specific systems (Partners Online, Retail Link, etc.).
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing EDI with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent task and time management.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive self-starter who is motivated to learn and adapt quickly.
• Problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams.
