JOB SUMMARY:

The Shipping Clerk/Coordinator is responsible for preparing, packaging, and processing outgoing shipments while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Versova’s standards and customer requirements. This role works closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to maintain efficient shipping operations that support the company’s commitment to safe, high-quality food production.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification (or ability to become certified) may be required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in agriculture, food production, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
