REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma, required
  • 1-2 years in an administrative or similar role, required
  • Customer Service experience an asset
  • Logistics industry experience, preferred
  • Proficiency in computers – Microsoft applications
  • An Expert in Excel and commonly used administrative Formulas and Functions

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide clerical support for Operation Managers and Supervisors
  • Coordinate essential paperwork and tasks with Operation Supervisors
  • Corresponding with drivers to ensure the necessary paperwork and information is provided before product is received.
  • Provide paperwork and equipment to Team Members
  • Releasing orders to the warehouse team
  • Processing paperwork for inbound / outbound traffic
  • Billing and invoicing all outbound loads
  • Data entry / work with spreadsheets and our warehouse management syste
Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate resolution to issues.

OUR TEAM IS SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING ROLES:

  • Monday 07:00AM - 05:30PM & Friday 09:00AM - 07:30PM (Part-Time)
  • Position will provide coverage for vacations, so flexibility is required
  • Training schedule may vary upon hire
