Pick and pack fragile/delicate items using appropriate materials and techniques. Create shipping labels and paperwork (invoice/packing slip) and include correct documents with each shipment. Perform final quality checks (SKU, quantity, condition, documentation) before sealing packages. Stage outgoing packages for carrier pickup and maintain accurate records. Maintain a clean, organized packing station: replenish packing materials. Receive and unpack incoming materials/supplies as needed (occasional). Occasional assistance with small-parcel staging may be requested; this role is primarily invoice-driven, packing (not regular truck loading/unloading). Other duties may be assigned.
