JOB SUMMARY

One of our Leading clients is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming/outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining a well-organized receiving area. This role is crucial in supporting our order fulfillment process and requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in shipping, receiving, delivery driving, or warehousing preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and inventory software
• A team player who values safety and punctualit

Experience:

• Shipping & receiving: 1 year (required

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders
• Accurately sort, label, and store materials in designated locations
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary)
• Safely load, transport, and unload goods to customer and vendor locations
• Maintain shipping and receiving records and inventory logs
• Communicate with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with general warehouse upkeep and other related tasks
• Drive company delivery trucks or vehicles
