With 16 global facilities, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. Job Summary Shipping and Receiving Associate Implement the Order Fulfillment Process steps related to the preparation of shipments and related documentation to ensure the complete satisfaction of the customer’s requirements. Knowledge of various items in stock; ability to select appropriate type and size of container; using appropriate packing material to prevent breakage or damage; closing and sealing containers; applying labels or entering identifying data on container. Key Responsibilities Shipping and Receiving Associate Manage order shipments using FedEx, UPS, and customer-specific portals. Prepare product for shipment to the customer by inspecting, labeling and packaging product according to standard procedures. Confirm correct quantity/counts against work order or packing slip. Load and unload trucks. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to read production or shipping documents. Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred. Prior experience with UPS, FedEx, customer portals, and international paperwork is preferred. Work Environment Shipping and Receiving Associate This role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform manual tasks as required.
