JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in shipping & receiving roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Experience with packaging standards for various products.

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately using warehouse management systems.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely to move materials around the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory counts and manage stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of products.
