Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight) to schedule pickups and track shipments. Perform transactions in ERP/MRP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) to maintain accurate inventory records. Support cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and shipping software (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts; certification a plus). Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations, including handling of sensitive or regulated materials.
