REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2+ (two) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • At least 2+ (two) or more years of shipping & receiving experience
  • At least 1+ (one) or more years of experience utilizing basic computer systems and experience with inventory or ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining high quality standards.
  • Knowledge of freight and shipping regulations, including domestic and international shipments.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Accurately document received materials in the inventory system and report any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and carrier coordination.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving area.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials to production.
  • Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits as required.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
