Responsibilities Overview: Provide support to our Warehouse/Logistics team by assisting in the shipping and receiving operations of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in Chantilly, VA Shift: Wednesday - Friday: 5:00pm - 5:00am Job Responsibilities 80% Essential Duties Load and unload trucks, staging materials in appropriate warehouse location. Pull, transfer, deduct jobs, and restock according to appropriate work instructions. Record all deliveries in appropriate software. Assign INS numbers for resale and non-resale materials. Receive resale and non-resale materials into inventory. Prepare non secure and secure outgoing shipments. Adhere to ISO 9001 and Visa and MasterCard specifications and requirements. Be able to drive 26' truck to move materials between warehouses (locally). Be able to do inventory audit. Maintain Warehouse equipment. Safety and housekeeping requirements assigned. 10% Provide weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports as required. 10% Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent GED. Strongly prefer 2+ years warehouse inventory. Experience with machine operation and forklift. Forklift certification is required. Must be able to effectively communicate in English and possess strong reading, writing, and verbal skills. Must possess basic mathematical skills and have the ability to define problems, collect data, and able to fix the problems. Must be able to work flexible hours when required. Must be able to work in the US.
