Maintain an organized shipping and receiving area, ensuring materials are properly identified and stored. Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and material movement transactions as needed. Coordinate with production control, purchasing, and quality to resolve shipping/receiving issues quickly and accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred. 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment). Familiarity with ESD handling, barcoding, and labeling standards for electronic assemblies. Experience using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar platforms. Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, email) and ERP systems (experience with manufacturing software a plus).
