XTL Transport Inc., a well-established company in the field of Transportation, Logistics and Warehousing-Distribution, is looking for a Receiving & Shipping Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Responsible for maximizing the management of loading/unloading doors;
  • Create and modify data on each carrier profile;
  • Ensure shipping documents are accurate;
  • Ensure operational documents are properly completed;
  • Preparation of bills of lading;
  • Increased communication with team leaders and customer service;
  • Provide documents to customers as needed;
  • Registration of drivers according to the rules established by the company;
  • Management of the Technicians’ screen;
  • Carry out the required reports;
  • Other related tasks

Schedule:

  • Morning shift, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
