QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics (leadership experience is an asset)
• Forklift license/ticket is an asset
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Physical capability to perform warehouse tasks (lifting, moving, loading, etc.)
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable work ethic

• Oversee and coordinate all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment
• Support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in logistics
• Collaborate with management to meet operational and customer service goals
